    LA Weekend Event: 30 Years of Pin-Up

    I've always had a weakness for Art Deco, Diamonds and Pin Up Girls. This is where you'll find me this weekend:

    This weekend (Sunday, January 24th), the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles will be hosting the "30 Years of Pin-Up 1927 - 1957" Fashion Show at the Warner Grand Theatre.

    The event starts at 6pm and guests will be treated to an elegant silhouette fashion show with live piano music. The Fashion Show will feature vintage materials including cocktail dresses, lingerie, day dresses, and even include some movie costumes previously worn by Ava Gardner, Ginger Rogers, Ann Miller, Esther Williams and Julie Andrew.

    Tickets are $35 Art Deco Society of Los Angeles Grand Vision Foundation Members, $45 General Admission and $55 General (if available) purchased at the door. Tickets are available at: www.grandvision.org.
